It is a cellular model that is highly similar to the characteristics of tumor patients, established through in vitro 3D culture system using fresh tissues from tumor patients. It has been proven to be highly consistent with the pathological histological features, molecular features, and drug sensitivity of the tumor, and can serve as a surrogate for in vitro drug testing.
