利用斑马鱼模型评价化妆品祛斑作用

【评价原理】

色斑的形成与皮肤中黑色素的沉着有关,祛斑功效实质上是对黑色素的清除作用。通过斑马鱼技术能简洁而有效的评价化妆品的祛斑功效。

斑马鱼在发育初期全身透明,胚胎发育至 24 h时黑色素开始从视网膜上皮生长,48h逐渐形成稳定并可见的黑色素色斑。将受试物于斑马鱼发育48h时加入鱼水中,72h时观察黑色素的降低程度,从而评价祛斑功效。

【实验方案】

斑马鱼分成若干组,含正常对照组和供试品组。正常对照组不做处理,供试品组使用受试化妆品,孵育一段时间后,对斑马鱼头部进行拍照,利用高级图像处理软件分析斑马鱼头部的黑色素信号强度,从而评价其祛斑功效。

【评价结论】

1、经过各组斑马鱼对比实验,阳性对照组和化妆品组与正常对照组对比,斑马鱼头部只有少量的黑色素。

2、本实验证实了该化妆品具有祛斑作用。
